Because of COVID-19,I am keeping do the fitness at home for over 1 year .I already have dumbbells for strength training , but when I do arm biceps and triceps training, I still feel that an EZ weight bar is better, so after doing some comparisons, I bought this item. It took me about a week to arrive, and the package was very tightly packed. When I opened the package and got him, I admired his excellent quality. I like it very much.
This is, frankly, gym quality. No, not just "home gym" quality, but PRO gym quality. If I was going to a "Gold's Gym", I would fully expect the curl bar there to be exactly like this. It's as "pro quality" as any bar I've ever seen. Even comes with spring clips, which is nice...I have an olympic straight bar that didn't even come with spring clips. Absolutely top shelf, if what you're looking for is absolutely pro-quality equipment, you're looking at it. Absolutely zero complaints, and highly recommended.
This curl bar is excellent quality and easy to use for its price. Perhaps I have just used smaller curl bars before, but this one feels distinctly heavy at nearly 20lb. For its weight, it is a nice high-quality barbell. As far as other specs go, the grip is easy to hold at 28mm - not too big for my small hands. Plates go easily on and off the 2" ends, and the spring clips work really well. There is plenty of knurling near the grips that is not too sharp and abrasive, but manageable. I find it easy to grip and maneuver with the particular bends of this particular bar. The overall bar feels very well-put-together, especially considering its relatively affordable price. It is definitely worth a look if you are interested in a curl bar.
I have a garage gym and this bar came as a perfect add on.Well made, very sturdy.Comfortable to use.The weight of it is well distributed.The plates fit perfectly.Great bar to have for some specific exercises.Recommended.
I've had the bar for over a month and the weights fit perfectly. Just be careful with some of the oil that comes on the bar.
