Instructions included, although only pictures - which is good enough for meCons. Missing small 8mm x 16mm (DxL) bolt(This required a trip to the hardware store, although only an extra $2.50 it was a nuisance). Small metal shaving cut my finger while attaching bolts ( be careful). Item said 1 day delivery if ordered quickly, but it took 2days. This is happening more often on Amazon, but I do not know if this is a seller issue - maybe just Amazon?.Other:For the price I believe this is a good value. Although it is rated at 660lbs(max), like most exercise equipment I would derate that amount for actual use to 50% to 66%, to a range of about 330lbs to 450lbs. After all who evenly distributes the weight when using, and does my not rock the bench some! Good bench for my use!

I paid 45.00 for this bench with various discounts that were offered. I was amazed at that. I am 185 and 5'11" and 20lbs overweight as of this writing. The bench works fine for me and if I lose a little weight it will be perfect. I believe if you are 220lbs and over it might be a little too flimsy and suggest looking for something a little more heavy duty. The frame itself is great and the whole thing is pretty well made. Overall I am satisfied with the purchase and would do it again.

The seller did an excellent job of contacting us to replace a missing piece. Everything fits perfectly and we could not be more pleased. Thank you very much.
