Fitness Vibration Plate Machine with Resistance Bands

I love my vibration plate!

The first thing is that works well, you can feel the heat and the sweat in your waist also a in the legs too. Comes with a remote control and works well.Bad thing is that the cord is too short, the black panel is very thin and looks cheap, they could easily replace that for something better and thicker.

I had been thinking about getting a machine like this. When this came along, I decided to give it a try. I’m so glad that I did. I use this more while sitting down. My legs and ankles feel great. I like the exercise bands. This is easy to use. Not complicated to figure out. Yes, the cord could be a little longer. So I am limited where I can plug the machine in. This gets my two thumbs up. Great exercise machine for the entire family.

My wife ordered this and gave it to a friend of hers to help out with her fitness routine. At our last report it seems to be helping out and was just what she needed.

After reading up on vibration plates, I was so happy to have the opportunity to order this vibration plate to try. Everything I read said the oscillating kind was the best, and that is what kind this one is.This plate is easy to use, and even though it has 3 settings, I've only used the first. I do the 10 minutes at a time and tend to shop Amazon or scroll Social media while on it as I haven't worked up to exercising on it yet.I am using this in addition to working out a few times a week. I have noticed that if I use this after working out I get less of the itchy sensation in my legs than when I use it right after waking up. This makes sense since that sensation is from blood pumping more through the circulatory system. One benefit I have noticed is I tend to wake up a little puffy if I've been to sedentary and 10 minutes on this gets rid of that puffiness. I also have less soreness the next day after workouts if I use the vibration plate. This seems to be a good quality vibration plate and is easy to use. I highly recommend.
