Better than the competition

My previous exercise bike, which had a chronic chain-slipping problem, met its end after three years when the seat assembly pealed off the rest of the bike with me on it (I'm not that heavy). I bought a Vigbody in 2018 and find it to be built along the lines of a Sherman tank. The only problem occurred recently with the computer, which Vigbody replaced free of charge despite the warranty lapsing.

Good bike. Does the job and for a great price.

This bike is a good buy. The bike was not very hard to assemble and it is easy to move it around. The bike tilts forward with just a little bit of strength needed and then can be wheeled wherever needed using the front wheels. It isn't heavy, yet I have no issues with it's sturdiness. The bike rides well and is quiet. I ride it sometimes in the morning before others wake up and it does not cause anyone to wake up because I'm riding it. The only thing I would suggest, is buying an additional seat cover. I have issues sitting for awhile and the seat was not comfortable for me. Upon receiving the bike, I had an issue with my order, but customer service reached out to me about and were prompt to help.
