Compact powerful machine

This equipment works great. After few minutes of using it I feel my calves are starting to burn calories. It's quiet, small enough to store anywhere and not quite heavy. I recommend this to people who don't have enough space at their home and want to exercise at the same time.

Pleased overall

Overall pleased with this product. Very easy to use and great for getting extra steps in while watching tv. Only two downsides: You can only use it for 20 minutes ( there will be a slight odor if you push the hydraulics a minute or two beyond that). The bands don't have enough resistance to really tone.

Got this as a gift for mom. Tried it out when delivered, and was expecting it to be super easy. It’s not, and actually gets the HR up pretty quickly!
