Strength Training Foldable Weight Bench for Full Body Workout

Had a heard time finding a bench with all these positions and that could take up so little space. It's slightly wobbly but not any real impact to lifting.

Easy to assemble and is sturdy for me.

This is a good weight bench for the price. I have used it for the last 3 weeks almost every day and it has held up with all the exercises I have done. It was important for me to have one that adjusts and it does that easily. I haven't had to fold it for storage, I just leave it out in my lower level. My only complaint would be that the top part could be a bit longer, when I lay flat on it, my head it at the very top and sometimes past.

You get what you pay for. This bench is well constructed with fully welded pieces giving you a sturdy platform for your workouts. Adjustment knobs are easy to use and lock securely in place.

I did my research when buying a bench, my first thing was accommodating bc I did not have much space so I needed something to fold up and be easy doing it. Set up was easy my 18 yr son did it. Its easy to adjust when needed and i love it.
