This workout bench is descent for the price. It stables enough for my 30lbs dumbell press. I wish the board that mounts to the base frame has spacer(s) between the bolt and the hinge to eliminate the play. It doesn't matter if, the bench lays flat or incline when you sit on it you can feel some plays during your routine workout. Nonetheless, it's a good bench.
This is a very sturdy bench, it is wide and extremely comfortable.
My old bench was wobbly and I was overdue an upgrade! This bench is so solid and so sturdy. I love seeing it in my home gym when time to get a workout in. I would strongly recommend this to anyone looking for a solid bench!
