Use the supplied wrench to fix the bolts and crossbars on the main frame, do not tighten them yet.
STEP 2:
Use the provided open-end wrench to fix the nut M10 flat head and the foot suction cup in turn, and then tighten all positions.

Great rack, holds my weights securely.
I was looking for s vertical rack to fit a very small space. This works great for me. You can see in my photo it fits the 10-20-30 pound peloton dumbbells, an some neoprene 5’s. I think you could fit bigger on bottom. It is very solid and stable with the weights. The side gap really is comfortable to fit your had in when putting weights back. Easy to assemble. Could probably put bolt on casters on bottom instead of the feet provided. Really pleasantly surprised with this rack
