Weight set

The weights are nice that are included in the set. My only disappointment is the cheap stand.

Easy to use and excellent way to 'gently' increase your strength.

I like the way the weights are stacked on the rack, the non-slip coating, and the gradual increase in weight. Great for beginners and those who have had a setback and need to gently increase their strength and build muscle either again or for the first time.

I would have given 5 stars but… the stand that they sit in is extremely unstable. Just know this could fall over easily

Good size for my wife!

I spent a few hours to search dumbbells for my wife and it seems that most of the suppliers didn't offer size-friendly version for her. Then I found this, good size and perfect color. She has been using this for a few days and love it. She does different workout with different color dumbbells, and she loves the rack as well. Good purchase overall!
